Our approach to the Themed Attractions/Entertainment electrical design process includes the development of the project electrical design criteria in conjunction with the owner and the architectural team to insure the completed project satisfies the requirements of the owner/developer.

Additionally, our firm coordinates with the specialty consultants to integrate specialty electrical, lighting, audio/video, controls, communication, mechanical, food service, and all other related interdisciplines’ systems into the construction documents as an integrated package.

LAI may assist during permit processing, provides close interaction with the selected electrical contractor, provides ongoing review of construction progress, assists with commissioning and provides drafting and verification as-built documents.
