LAI has provided electrical design and electrical construction documents for a wide range of educational facilities.  This includes University of California campuses, private colleges, junior colleges, and school districts for high school, middle schools and grade schools.

LAI has been involved in educational projects from inception to opening, including project construction management.  During the design process we work closely with the school representatives and with the other design professionals in order to provide comprehensive electrical design documents.  Our presence during the project bid and contrac tor selection phase is beneficial to ensure the facility meets the design professional’s intent and is completed on time and budget.  We take pride in our ability to not only provide comprehensive electrical design documents but also in our construction management/field coordination expertise.  This hands on approach with the contractor eliminates many of the construction problems, which can frequently occur in the field.
